1/ Staging Consultation Visit

This is a home visit where I walk through the space with you. At the end of the appointment I'll provide a list of action-items for you to follow to get the home ready for the market. This will include things like; instructions for decluttering, best furniture arrangement, accessories list to purchase, and any wall color suggestions that may be needed. I recommend this choice to my homeowners or realtors who like DIY projects and getting their hands dirty, but need guidance on how to stage for the best sale price.
2/ Full Service Staging
$500
This takes our staging consultation visit to the next level. We'll walk through the home together, and I'll provide the action-items list, but we will also schedule a day for me to come and stage your entire home, arranging furniture, bringing in the perfect accessories, and making sure it's designed to sell for top dollar.
